2006 Borson Family Reunion
It’s official. The second Borson Family Reunion will be held in Minneota next September. It will start, once again, with a golf scramble. The main event will be dinner and a terrific reunion program at the new five-star Landmark Bistro in Marshall on Friday evening, September 8. But that’s not all. There will be coffee and donuts and a Borson family genealogy workshop on Saturday morning, September 9. The new Borson family website will be introduced. And finally, the reunion will tie in with Minneota’s 125th anniversary celebration and the annual Minneota Boxelder Bug Days celebration so there will be all kinds of things going on in town. In addition, the traveling Vietnam “Wall That Heals” replica will be on display in Minneota from Thursday through Monday along with their traveling museum and information center. So you can tell that there will be plenty to see and do. Mark you calendar and make your plans to be in Minneota during that September weekend.
